Prior to Champlain Capital
Partners, Mr. Anderson was Vice President of Strategic
Planning and Technology at Princess House, Inc, a direct-sales
consumer products company, where he developed and implemented
growth strategies and industry-leading technologies.
Prior to Princess House, Mr. Anderson was President
of FCA Enterprises where he consulted with several businesses,
including raising and investing capital, and sourcing
strategic acquisitions. In 1996 Mr. Anderson founded
Inergy Online, a pioneer Internet services business,
which he sold in 1998. Before this, Mr. Anderson was
General Manager of Heart and Home, a direct sales company
with manufacturing and national retail distribution.
Mr. Anderson also worked for Cookson PLC, an industrial
materials holding company, in several capacities and
participated with senior management in many aspects
of the company's 100+ acquisitions and growth programs.
Mr. Anderson received a B.A. in Engineering Sciences
from Dartmouth College.
