Prior
to Champlain Capital Partners, Mr. Feldberg has had an
extensive career in both the retail and distribution businesses,
with a particular focus on guiding troubled companies.
From 1999 to 2001 Mr. Feldberg was President and Chief
Executive Officer of US Office Products, a publicly traded,
$3.0 billion global roll-up of over 250 companies in the
office products distribution and related services sectors.
From 1996 to 1999, Mr. Feldberg was Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of the Caldor Corporation. From 1991
to 1995 Mr. Feldberg was Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of Marshalls. From 1987 to 1991 Mr. Feldberg served
in various senior executive capacities with Target Stores,
then a division of the Dayton Hudson Corporation, and
in 1990 was named President of Target Stores. Mr. Feldberg
currently serves and Chairman of Clarity Imaging Technologies,
and is a Director of the Alex-Lee Companies and The Nassau
Group. Mr. Feldberg received his MBA from the Harvard
Graduate School of Business Administration and a BA with
Honors from the University of Wisconsin.
